Human-Nature

This series was created out of my love of Georgia O’Keefe’s beautiful flower paintings. The collection of final images are layered film exposures using a Bessler Dual Mode Slide duplicator. I have a variety of films in the process, Agfa 1000 color slide film, Kodachrome 64, Kodak Tri-Ex, Kodak Infra-Red Black and white, Polaroid 35 mm hi-contrast instant film. The nude figures were photographed using various black and white films while the flowers were shot in color. The images were then multiply exposed using many exposure settings to come up with my final results.
